Licensed gold mining areas are located in the Magadan region, Yakutia, and Chukotka. More than 25 licenses. The company is fully operational (seasonal work).

- Approved reserves of placer gold according to C1 — 6 t
- Growth in 2024 — more than 5 t
- Resource reserves — more than 15 t
- Exploration drilling work was carried out. Production prospects for more than 15 years. All necessary geological reporting documentation is available.
Composition of the property complex (included in the price):
- owned office 1500 m2 in Magadan;
- production bases, equipment, repair shops, living quarters, dining room, apartments in Magadan;
