For sale is a company holding licenses and conducting mining operations at two licensed sites in the Kemerovo Region (Kuzbass), Russia. The licenses expire in 2029 and 2034.
Deposit Characteristics
- The coal from the seams within the mine field is classified as valuable coking coal grades K, OS, and KO.
- The mine's production capacity is 1.45 million tons per year by rock mass.
- Approved coal reserves amount to 132,243 thousand tons, including 30,761 thousand tons of category B coal and 30,761 thousand tons of category C1 coal. 94,748 thousand tons, C2 – 6,734 thousand tons
- Approved off-balance sheet reserves — 12,939 thousand tons, of which category C1 – 10658 thousand tons, C2 – 2281 thousand tons
- The balance reserves of hard coal under the totality of two licenses amount to 117,941 thousand tons, including category B – 19513 thousand tons, category C1 – 91694 thousand tons, category C2 – 6,734 thousand tons.
Enterprise Characteristics
- The enterprise has a developed infrastructure, access roads and railways with access to the West Siberian Railway.
- In 2024-2025, coal will be mined from a prepared longwall with reserves of 1,010 thousand tons of OS-grade coal.
- Also, in 2024, an open-pit mining project was launched, which will allow for the production of 2,119 thousand tons of KO, OS, and K-grade coal in 2025-2030.
- Total production (from the production and driving faces) for the period 2024-2035 will amount to approximately 17,000 thousand tons of coking coal.
