Help with the catalog — Selling a business

This section of the directory contains offers for the sale of a business or a share in it. That is, the section is intended for those users who want to buy a business or share. Each ad (lot) contains a short offer card. There is also a table view of the list — it is more convenient if you want to compare financial indicators. From the card or list-table, you can go to individual pages of lot descriptions, where detailed information about them is published.

All lots here have been reviewed for compliance with the REAB Consortium criteria, and each lot has a broker who maintains it.

How to find the desired ad in the catalog?

In addition to paging through the classifieds section of the catalog, you can use filters — sets of search conditions for a section. You can search by the text in the title or description of an ad, select the necessary ads by country, industry, specified range of financial indicators and also by status.

It is also possible to select only offers that have additional photos and/or documents in the description.

If you select multiple countries in the country filter, ads will be found that match any of the selected countries. The same goes for ad statuses.

If you select multiple industries in the industry branch filter, ads will be found that match any of the selected branches. The branches tree forms a hierarchy — if you select a parent branch, then all its child branches will be selected.

If you set several different filters together (for example, country, branch, profit) — ads matching ALL of the given conditions will be found.

You will found all published in this section:

• chemical plants in Turkey
• chemical plants in Kazakhstan
• glass factories in Turkey
• glass factories in Kazakhstan

All set filters are also displayed at the top of the — from here you can delete them one by one if some filters are no longer needed.

You can sort the selected ads in several ways (the sort selection is above the list of ads). There is also a choice of currency display and a choice of type display (cards or table).

Select currency — very useful tool. All ads in the catalog are published with financial indicators in the currency of the original ad (for example, a Turkish business seller usually advertises in Turkish liras or euros, and Russian — in Russian rubles). But you can choose another currency to display. With this choice, ad cards will show the second values for all financial indicators — in the display currency of your choice. The currency conversion rate is set daily by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and uploaded to the REAB website automatically. The selected currency is remembered for all sections of the catalog until it is changed by you.

Additional options for working with the catalog

If you register on the website — you will get a number of additional useful features for more convenient work with the catalog:

• you will be able to view full and detailed descriptions in advertisements;
• you can save the ads you are interested in in Favorites or add ads to comparison lists (no more than 5 lots in the list for each section of the catalog);
• you can save your most frequently used filter sets (search conditions) and even subscribe to them. The REAB website will automatically search the catalog every day and send you the results of this search by email. Very handy!
• and most importantly — you will receive your personal office on the website and will be able to enter into negotiations on the proposal that interests you.

How to enter into a deal on the selected offer?

There is a "Start Negotiation" button on every lot page. It will become active if you register on our website. Click this button — and you will be contacted by a broker who works with this lot. Then you will start the path to the deal in your personal office.

If you didn't find what you were looking for in the catalog

If there is no business in the directory that you would like to buy, you can place your request in the REAB directory. Such requests are published in Requests for Business — sellers of businesses come there with their offers. To post a request, you also need to register on theweb site. Everything that is published on the site must be pre-checked.

If you are selling a business or a share in it

You have two paths, and we recommend using both:

• You can place your ad in this section for potential buyers. Register on the site and use the "Add your advert" button under the list of lots in the catalog. You will be redirected to your personal account, to the page for adding your lot. A broker will contact you and take your ad to work. Once checked and prepared, it will be placed in the directory.
• You can also visit the Requests for Business section — maybe it contains the requests matching or similar with what you have to offer. Go to the request page and click the "Start Negotiation" button. You will be contacted by a broker who works with this buyer's request, and you will begin the path to the deal.
