Help with the catalog — Requests for franchise

This directory section contains franchise purchase requests. That is, the section is intended for those users who want to sell a franchise to a potential franchisee. Each ad contains a brief request card. There is also a table view of the list — it is more convenient if you want to compare financial parameters. From a card or list-table, you can go to individual pages of request descriptions, where detailed information about them is published.

All lots here have been reviewed for compliance with the REAB Consortium criteria, and each lot has a broker who maintains it.

How to find the desired ad in the catalog?

In addition to paging through the classifieds section of the catalog, you can use filters — sets of search conditions for a section. You can search by the text in the title or description of an ad, select the necessary ads by country, industry, specified range of financial indicators and also by status.

If you select multiple countries in country filter, ads will be found that match any of the selected countries. The same goes for ad statuses.

If you select multiple industries in the industry filter, ads will be found that match any of the selected industries. The industry tree forms a hierarchy — if you select a parent industry, then all its child industries will be marked.

If you set several different filters together (for example, country, industry, profit) — ads matching ALL of the given conditions will be found.

Example:

Conditions set:

• name — tea
• country — Russia, China
• industry — catering, trade

All requests for the following franchises published in the section will be found:

• teahouses in Russia
• teahouses in China
• tea shops in Russia
• tea shops in China

All set filters are also displayed at the top of the list — from here you can delete them one by one if some filters are no longer needed.

You can sort the selected ads in several ways (the sort selection is above the list of ads). There is also a choice of currency display and a choice of type display (cards or table).

Select currency — very useful tool. All ads in the catalog are published with financial indicators in the currency of the original ad (for example, a Chinese franchise buyer usually places an ad in RMB, and a Russian — in Russian rubles). But you can choose another currency to display. With this choice, ad cards will show the second values for all financial indicators — in the display currency of your choice. The currency conversion rate is set daily by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and uploaded to the REAB website automatically. The selected display currency is remembered for all sections of the catalog until it is changed by you.

Additional options for working with the catalog

If you register on the website — you will get a number of additional useful features for more convenient work with the catalog:

• you will be able to view full and detailed descriptions in advertisements;
• you can save the ads you are interested in Favorites or add ads to comparison lists (up to 5 lots in the list for each section of the catalog);
• you can save your most frequently used filter sets (search conditions) and even subscribe to them. The site will automatically search the catalog every day and send you the results of this search by email. Very handy!
• and most importantly — you will receive your personal account on the website and will be able to enter into negotiations on the proposal that interests you.

How to enter a deal for the selected query?

There is a "Start Negotiation" button on a separate listing page. It will become active if you register on site. Click this button — and you will be contacted by a broker who works with the request of this buyer, then in your personal account you will start the path to a deal on this ad.

If you didn't find what you were looking for in the catalog

If there is no such request in the catalog that matches your offer, you can place your offer in the REAB catalog. Such requests are published in Franchise for Sale — This is where business buyers come in. To post a request, you also need register on the site. Everything that is published on the site must be pre-checked.

If you want to buy a franchise yourself

You have two paths and we recommend using both:

• You can post your request in this section for potential sellers. Register on the site and use the "Add your advert" button under the list of lots in the catalog. You will be redirected to your personal account, to the page for adding your lot. The broker will contact you and take your request to work. After verification and preparation, it will be placed in the directory.
• You can also visit Franchise for Sale — there may already be sellers out there that offer what you're looking for. Go to the page of such an offer and click the "Start Negotiation" button. You will be contacted by a broker who works with this seller's item, and you will begin the path to a deal.
