For sale: a modern, operating plant for the production of construction and industrial metal structures, with a capacity of up to 1,000 tons per month. The plant is located in the Southern Urals.
The company designs and manufactures civil and industrial buildings using ferrous and galvanized metal building materials:
- LSTC – thin-walled galvanized steel sections
- Steel I-beams of constant and variable cross-section – columns, beams
- Rafter trusses – Roofing frames
The company performs:
- General design
- Design of building metal structures with development of structural models and structural drawings
- Manufacturing and supply of prefabricated buildings and structures
- Manufacturing and supply of light steel framing and light steel structures
Production is certified for the construction industry and for oil and gas industry structures.
The production complex includes:
- Production of light steel framing and ferrous metal
- Production of facade systems: panels, cassettes, siding, corrugated sheets, drainage systems
- Control at all stages Production
The production area is over 50,000 square meters. We have all the necessary production and transport and logistics infrastructure, equipment, buildings, and structures.
A robotic welding line is used for the assembly and welding of steel structures (columns, beams).
Our in-house design bureau employs 35 people. Our welders, technology, and raw materials are certified according to the NAKS system.
Over 30 years, the company has built over 20,000 facilities in Russia, Asia, and beyond. Products and buildings are supplied to all regions of Russia and the CIS countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Georgia, and Armenia).
Products are shipped by rail and road.
