Oil depot in Penza region, Russia

For sale is a large oil depot located in Perm region, Russia. The company that owns the oil depot was founded in 1998 and today is one of the most successful wholesalers of petroleum products in the Volga region market. The main activity of the company is wholesale and retail sale of petroleum products, as well as provision of services for their acceptance, sorting, transportation, storage and delivery.

The company has long-term contracts with many oil refineries. Currently, the oil depot supplies its products to the largest regions of the Volga Federal District: Penza, Moscow, Tambov, Voronezh, Saratov, the Republic of Mordovia.

In 2009, the company acquired a modern fuel and lubricants warehouse with an oil product bottling station. In addition, the facility was technically re-equipped with a connection to the main oil product pipeline. Thus, the company was able to provide services for storing oil products and loading them into tank trucks.

The total storage volume of oil products is 14,000 m³.

The oil depot stores light oil products of various categories, including gasoline of various grades and diesel fuel. Delivery of oil products directly to the destination is carried out by SKANIA, DAF, VOLVO fuel trucks with tanks of up to 40 m³. Delivery is automatically tracked by the dispatch service.

Technical equipment:

The oil depot consists of a tank farm, an oil product metering unit and a truck loading point.

The tank farm includes four main tanks:

• two RVS-5000 for diesel fuel
• two RVS-2000 for gasoline with a functioning system of process pipelines.

The tanks are equipped with PMP-152 and PMP-128 level sensors.

The commercial oil product metering unit is designed to receive gasoline and diesel fuel from the in-house oil product pipelines of the Penza LPDS MNPP Kuibyshev-Bryansk and Ufa-Western Direction via two process pipelines with a diameter of DN 150 mm. On the measuring lines of the oil product metering unit there are five pressure measuring transducers 3051 modification 3051TG (for measuring excess pressure) and two Micro-Motion mass flow meters - one modification RZOO with a series 2700 conversion (working MPR), the second modification SMR300 with a series 2700 converter (hereinafter control and backup MPR).

The modern fuel filling station is equipped with three ASN-5V (1-GU) complexes with an oil-sealed tip, a pump unit with a pump, with a gas separator, climatic version. Oil products are accounted for by a liquid meter. Thus, the loading station with a loading capacity utilization factor of 0.7 and an 8-hour working day can provide loading of 60,000 tons of fuel and lubricants per month.

• Convenient territorial location: the oil depot is on the outskirts of Penza. The distance from the residential and industrial center of the city determines the possibility of safe work with large volumes of petroleum products, there is a convenient exit for transportation to the federal highway M5, bypassing traffic jams and restrictive rules for entering the city. A new asphalt road has been laid to the oil depot.
• The oil depot has direct access to the main oil product pipelines "Kuibyshev-Bryansk" and "Ufa-Western Direction". 
• The oil depot has a full package of accompanying documents for licensing the services provided, contracts with the Ministry of Emergency Situations, defining all the necessary conditions for the safe operation of the facility.
• The facility is guarded by 3 private security companies, the perimeter of the facility is fenced with a 3-meter fence, 20 video surveillance cameras continuously record from the territories. The fuel and lubricants warehouse is under double security around the clock.
