Young broker on a hard deal
The director of the brokerage company calls his deputy and asks:
— We have signed an agreement and are starting a complex transaction for the sale of a large business object, where the starting situation is very difficult. Asset valuation is a mess, financial accounting is confusing, and legal documents are riddled with errors. So why did you put a young broker on this deal?
— It's good that he's young. He still has time in his life to bring this deal to the end.
