An oil depot in the Moscow region is offered for sale. Currently, the operation of the oil depot is suspended. The oil depot is in a condition that allows it to quickly resume its operation and continue for a long time. There are no technical, legal or economic factors that prevent or limit the possibility of its use.
Company services — acceptance, storage and shipment of light petroleum products at the oil depot. Petroleum products are stored in specialized tank farms. The company has all the necessary licenses for activities.
The buyer will receive:
- Land with a total area of 9.2 hectares (owned)
- Industrial and warehouse buildings with an area of 3547 sq. m
- Main production equipment consisting of: tank farm / 12 tanks with a total volume of 19,800 cubic meters. The park is equipped with the most modern technological equipment, pumping stations for pumping petroleum products, loading and unloading racks
- Office equipment and property
- 100% share of a company that has the necessary constituent and permitting documents
- Contractual relations with suppliers of raw materials
- Labor relations with personnel
