The existing agricultural business in the direction of breeding livestock, located in the Almaty region, Republic of Kazakhstan, is for sale.
Main activity of the farm:
- Breeding highly productive pedigree cattle of the world's best beef breeds and conducting selection and breeding work;
- Feeding and rearing of young cattle, small cattle and horses;
- Providing agriculture with breeding producers;
- Sale of young stock to a feedlot for growing and sale of breeding stock to the domestic market;
- Meeting the population's needs for quality meat products.
The location of the business ensures a stable production infrastructure and prospects for its development:
- availability of a sufficient amount of agricultural land, including natural ones
- full feed supply
- mild climatic conditions
- availability of sufficient space that meets all required standards for placing and running the loudspeaker
- acceptable production infrastructure, water supply, electrical (own substation)
- transport networks (including the Europe & Western China highway under construction)
Livestock:
- breeding cattle, through many years of work, a high-quality breeding stock of more than 300 heads was formed — adapted to local conditions, with a high percentage of fertility and survival rate (Aberdeen Angus and Kalmyk breed)
- small cattle over 300 heads (Kazakh coarse-haired sheep of the fat-tailed breed, goats of the Gorno-Altai downy breed)
- horses.
All cattle are raised free-range year-round. All breeding animals are registered in the Republican Livestock Husbandry System: Information and Analytical System (IAS) and Farm Animal Identification (FAI), and have electronic chips and ear tags. Every year in the autumn, all breeding livestock are assessed. By 2021, the farm has achieved 80% calving of the breeding stock and 90% retention of offspring.

- 2 bases with equipment, residential buildings for administration and workers,
- sheep sheds,
- feeding stall for 800 heads,
- land plot 2 thousand. ha (winter pasture, hayfields),
- summer pastures in the mountains of the Trans-Ili Alatay — 2.5 thousand ga,
- spring pasture at the foothills of 600 hectares on long-term lease with the right to extend and 158 hectares in private ownership, of which 53 hectares are hayfields and 105 hectares are arable land.
The enterprise is a bona fide bank borrower (the amount of loan debt is small and is repaid as planned), has tax benefits and receives government subsidies provided for livestock farming.
