The deposit comprises three genetically distinct rock types, enabling the creation of a diversified product portfolio with varying market values:
- Jasper-like stone. A highly decorative rock with a rich red color. Used in the premium landscape design segment, high-end cladding, and the manufacture of decorative items. This represents the project's unique selling proposition.
- Crushed rock aggregate. Medium-strength rock (grade M800, frost resistance F150). Ideal for road construction (lower pavement layers, base courses), medium-strength concrete, and private construction projects.
- Quartz sandstone with chalcedony. The primary component of the deposit. High-strength rock (M1200, F150) featuring inclusions of sealing-wax red chalcedony, which gives the crushed stone decorative value. Excellent adhesion to bitumen makes the material attractive for use in the top layers of road surfacing.
