Buy a small airline company
Description
A U.S.-based holding company actively seeking to acquire a small commercial airline with an active Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and all necessary commercial operating licenses. We are targeting operators in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, or North Africa.
Conditions and Requirements:
- We require 100% ownership and are therefore only considering airlines domiciled in jurisdictions where full foreign ownership is legally permitted without restriction.
- The AOC must be active and in good standing. All commercial licenses and operating permits must be current. The company must have a clean regulatory and safety record.
- Doesn't matter if the airline is profitable, less profitable airlines are more preferred, turnover should not exceed more than USD $10,000,000.
- If the company owns not only an active AOC, but also an operational aircraft(s), the budget of the deal would be less than USD $20,000,000 with at least USD $15,000,000 worth of commercial aircraft.
- The airline will carry out passenger air transportation in Eastern Europe, Northern Africa, Middle East, Russia, Central Asia and other regions.
This is a fully funded acquisition with no financing contingencies. We are prepared to move quickly and professionally through due diligence and closing.
