• Ownership structure: state ownership, 49-year lease - 3,534 ha, shared ownership - 10,945 ha, private ownership - 240 ha.
• Structure of sown areas (as of 2024): total arable land - 14,190 ha, fallow - 3,030 ha. 
• Grain crops (8,028 ha): winter rye, wheat, barley, buckwheat, oats.
• Forage crops (3,132 ha): corn, sudan grass, grain mixture, perennial grasses, rye, sweet clover. 

Livestock farm

1,481 heads of cattle, of which 476 are dairy cattle, 140 are heifers. (selection-calving-insemination occurs year-round, the main dairy herd of 600-700 heads is regularly updated). All other livestock — these are calves of different ages in a 60/40 ratio).

274 horses: Bashkir, Orlov, Russian Heavy Draft breeds (SDD 74 heads of breeding stock, the rest are foals under 2 years of age).

Meat processing plant

Launched in 2013. A full-cycle meat processing plant from slaughtering animals to the output of finished products (sausages, stewed meat, semi-finished products) with a capacity of 2 tons per shift, 50% loaded. Located in a building with an area of 1,120 m². There is equipment for processing slaughterhouse waste (meat and bone meal), it is possible to produce animal feed. Certified for the production of baby food.

Dairy Plant

Launched in 2015. Dairy products are processed at our own dairy plant with an area of 2,010 m², with a processing capacity of 20 tons of milk per shift, 50% loaded. Product range: milk, sour cream, soft cheeses, butter, fermented milk products. Certified for the production of baby food.

Bread Receiving Point

Provides storage of 24,000 tons of grain. Grain storage buildings: 8 units with a total area of 12,500 m². There is a laboratory. Seed warehouse for 3,000 tons of grain in 3 buildings with a total area of 3,150 m². Gas dryers: 2 units with a capacity of 32 tons per hour.

Own retail chain

Specializes in the sale of its own products, consists of 10 stores.

Bakery of bread products

Production capacity of 3 tons of bakery products per day (65% occupancy).

Machine and tractor workshop

Workshop building with equipment, garage, hangar, warehouse.

Forest plot and production of sawn timber

Workshop for own needs with a dedicated forest plot of 1 500 ha (volume 5,000 m³ per year) - leased for 49 years.
