We are seeking an investor to implement a geriatric campus project in southwest Turkiye (100% equity participation). Geriatrics is a facility providing treatment, care, and residential services for elderly patients. The project's goal is To provide affordable services to European seniors (over 65 years of age) in Turkiye's most climatically favorable resort and infrastructure-developed region.
The preliminary design and feasibility study are ready.
The Turkish government provides tax incentives, insurance discounts, as well as financial and land assistance for such a project.
We can also provide consulting services from the very beginning of the project until its commissioning.

Support
State support for the sector includes investment incentives implemented in accordance with Decree No. 2012/3305 "On state support for investments" and Decree No. 2015/8 "On support for trade in services generating income in foreign currency", published in the Official Gazette No. 29374 dated June 2, 2015, and entered into force.
