Winery in Krasnodar region, Russia

An operating winery located on the Taman Peninsula in the Krasnodar region is offered for sale. The company has been operating since 2002. Production is fully automated. The property complex of the company is fully insured.

The main activity of the plant is the production, bottling and sale of grape, fruit wines and wine drinks, wine materials.

Industrial buildings and premises, as well as a land plot of 4 hectares, are owned by the enterprise. The organization has  certificates of state registration of ownership of real estate, issued by the Institution of Justice for state registration of rights to real estate and transactions with it in the Krasnodar Territory.

Today, the plant employs more than 140 people.

The company has licenses:

• production and circulation of grape wines;
• production and circulation of wine materials;
• production and circulation of wine drinks;
• production and circulation of fruit wines;
• production of PGI (protected geographical indication) wines.

The enterprise processes 8-10 thousand tons of grapes per year.

The production process at the enterprise is subject to strict quality control in the existing certified laboratory for technical, chemical and microbiological control of manufactured products. Modern equipment makes it possible to control product quality at all stages of production. Agreements have been concluded with accredited laboratories.

Bottling is carried out in the most popular types of packaging among domestic buyers: PET-pack with a volume of 1 liter, Bag-in-Box (bag in a box) with a capacity of 3, 10, 20 liters, glass bottle — 0.375, 0.7, 0.75 and 1.0 liters, 50 liter keg. Existing contracts for the supply of products have been concluded with the main federal retail chains (Auchan, Lenta, Okay, Magnit, X5 Retail Group). Over the course of several years, a network of 30 retail stores selling wines of its own brand has been created in the Krasnodar region.

The property complex includes:

• land plot with an area of 20713 m²;
• production and warehouse buildings, storage tanks, production lines;
• shop with tasting room;
• 280 hectares of vineyard-suburban land;
• vehicles and special equipment.

All necessary communications are connected (electricity, gas supply, water supply and sanitation) with permanent contracts concluded. In 2009-2011 all communications were replaced with new ones. We have our own electrical substation and boiler room.

The price also includes the available stock of wine materials (14 thousand tons).
