Description
For sale is a deposit of marbled limestone, located in the East Kazakhstan region (Republic of Kazakhstan), with an area of 512 hectares. There is a complete package of documents. It is possible to re-register the license to a new owner.
Near the site there is a highway and a railway station. The area of the site is provided with electricity and water. Labor resources are available, including skilled workers. The border with Russia is 150 km away.
Limestones are suitable for production:
- cement grade from 150-900;
- building materials (alinex, finish, etc.);
- for charge at metallurgical plants;
- for decorative, ornamental and finishing materials;
- for the construction of roads and railways.
Characteristics of minerals:
- Marbled limestones of variegated red, spotted light cherry, light gray, light green colors occur evenly throughout the area. The decorative value of brecciated marbled limestones is quite high.
- Have a compressive strength of 600-850 kgf/cm2, water absorption — 0.5%, porosity — 0.5% and volumetric mass — 2.65 g/cm3. Excellent quality polishing
- The rock is intensively crushed to a depth of 4 m. There are 10 cracks in the interval of 4.0 - 14.0 m. No cracks were found in the interval of 16.0 - 50.0 m.
- Such a rare arrangement of cracks indicates good blockiness, i.e. there are only 8.0 meters of non-block stone per 50.0 m. The approximate yield of conditioned blocks is 58.0%.
- Forecast reserves of marble are 0.260 million m3 — 2,279,000 t.
- Forecast limestone reserves: 754,716,981 m3 — 2,000,000,000 t to a depth of 50.0 m.
- Geological conclusion: this is an absolutely phenomenal block of reserves — 58%. Thanks to their cherry color and beautiful pattern, marbled limestone can serve not only as a facing material, but also as a decorative and ornamental material.
