Norvind Ventilation Systems Business
Description
Since 2010, the Domvent production company has been manufacturing and installing natural ventilation systems for premises under the Norvind brand. The owner is selling 100% of the business.
The share of Norvind in the market of ventilation systems in Russia is 5%.
30% of products are sold through direct sales and distribution networks. 70% is sold through a dealer network — more than 200 dealers in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries.
63% of sales — B2C (private developers), 37% — B2B (construction companies).
The business has an experienced management, sales and production team. Systems of promotion and sales of products are built.
There is a financial plan for business development and return on investment with calculations up to 2027 inclusive (according to three development scenarios).
Domestic materials and patented design are used in production. The assembly of products is carried out in our own production.
