Production of rapeseed oil and cake in Bashkortostan, Russia

For sale is a complex for the production of rapeseed oil and cake, located in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia. Options for selling a share or investment participation in the project are also being considered.

Main products:

1. Cold-pressed rapeseed oil retains all the nutrients and vitamins, is used in the food industry in its pure form and in the production of sauces, mayonnaise, and baked goods. Significant use for technical purposes (chemical industry for various purposes, production of soap, fuel, lubricants, cutting fluids). The main consumer is China (exports make up 100% of the volume produced).
2. Rapeseed cake is one of the most nutritious types of cake. It is used as an additive (10-15%) in compound feed for all types of farm animals, cattle, poultry, and fish. Due to the optimal ratio of protein, fiber, and residual oil content, it increases milk yield and milk fat content, accelerates the growth and weight of animals and poultry. Up to 100% of the produced cake is sold in the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In July 2021, commissioning work was carried out, the first industrial batch of rapeseed oil and cake was produced. On December 24, 2021, the complex was officially commissioned.

Land plots

• A plot designated for industrial facilities (owned). Divided into 2 adjacent: 7.81 + 1.06 = 8.88 ha

Main production

• Oil shop building, combined with the administrative and household building, (1440 + 2x180) = 1800 m²
• Oil cake warehouse building with a gallery of movement between the shop and the warehouse, 442 m² + truck loading system
• Cold pressing line for oil (cleaning, pressing, extrusion, filtration), 12,000-13,500 tons of raw materials per year
• Quality control laboratory (as part of the administrative and household building)
• Capacity storage warehouse for oil (as part of the oil shop building), 12 capacity, 680 m³, pumping station for loading
• Arched warehouse for storing grain, weighing truck. Warehouse: 1080 m², weight: 18 m, load up to 60 tons.

Infrastructure (calculated with a reserve for full development of the territory)

• High, medium (GRPSh-1) and low pressure (GRPSh-2) gas pipelines. There are TU, connected according to projects, boiler house in the administrative and amenity building
• Transformer substation KTP, 1 MW, 2 independent sources
• Water pipeline, fed to the central network, Dу=63 mm (+ make-up of fire tanks)
• Sewage + local treatment plant (LOS) system. Storm water, sanitary sewage.
• Underground fire-fighting tanks + pumping station, 400 m³ (2x200 m³)
• Video surveillance system, 15 color cameras (technology + territory)
