Description
Existing business for sale — sand quarry on the border of the Ulyanovsk and Samara regions, Russia. The company that owns the quarry has two valid licenses for the extraction of construction sand, issued until 2045.
Under the first license — open pit, with existing infrastructure, quarry roads. Mining is underway. From the quarry there is convenient access to the highway for transporting products. The necessary work has been carried out to prepare the quarry for development, including:
- land transferred from agricultural to industrial;
- all necessary documentation, geological information on exploration, sand quality, fineness modulus and filtration coefficient have been developed.
The area of the site under license is 77 hectares, the main area is leased from the district administration.
Industrial reserves are more than 5 million cubic meters. In 2021—2023 more than 3 million cubic meters of sand were extracted and shipped to customers.
The sales market for construction is large cities in the neighborhood — Syzran and Togliatti, as well as the prospect of constructing a section of the Togliatti—Saratov highway.
The second license was issued for a large deposit of construction sands with an area of 296 hectares.
Reserves have been explored and put on balance, industrial reserves are about 30 million cubic meters. The quality of the sand is higher than in the quarry being developed; the overburden sediments are small.
The process of registering the use of a forest plot, as well as obtaining mining allotment documents, is underway; technical design documentation has been approved by the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Ulyanovsk Region.
