Soft Drinks Plant in Almaty Region, Kazakhstan

A soft drink plant in Almaty Region, Republic of Kazakhstan, is for sale. The plant is designed to produce juices and nectars from natural concentrates, carbonated and still table water, and soft drinks. High natural water quality was the primary factor in choosing the location.

Basic Information

• The buildings and grounds (17.2 hectares) were acquired in 2004 (owned by the company), and the first bottling took place on November 16, 2005.
• The PET beverage production line was reconstructed in 2009. Currently, this facility is a high-tech, computerized production complex meeting European standards. This equipment enables products to be manufactured in compliance with high quality standards. The complex's equipment is designed to produce a wide range of products.
• The facility itself, its products, and its personnel are certified and comply with European food safety requirements in accordance with HACCP/ISO 22000. All products are manufactured according to current process instructions and recipes, adhering to sanitary rules and regulations duly approved by government agencies.
• Juice products are filled on a next-generation Austrian SIG Combibloc filling line, which guarantees the maximum possible preservation of all the beneficial substances in the product. Production capacity is 9,000 liters per hour for aseptic packaging.
• Krones (Cosme) filling line (made in Germany/Italy) - fills carbonated and still beverages from 7,000 to 17,000 liters per hour, depending on bottle size. Juice production uses raw materials from the best global and European manufacturers.
• Three artesian wells on site ensure the use of clean, soft natural water—the basis for the production of juices, bottled water, carbonated and still beverages—and is used as natural drinking water. Raw materials undergo double certification to meet quality standards. Quality control of supplied raw materials is ensured at all stages of production.
• A triple water purification system is installed, including ultraviolet treatment.
• A unique juice pasteurization process is carried out— The heat treatment regime is adjusted so that vitamins, minerals, and nutritional properties are preserved almost 100%.

• 3,560 m² production workshop;

• All necessary machinery and equipment for cleaning and processing raw materials, production, quality control and assessment, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of products.
• 3 artesian water intake wells, two 200 meters deep and one 130 meters deep, with a flow rate of 18.6:18 and 13.6 liters per second.
