Description
We are looking to acquire an existing Chinese company (100% equity stake) on behalf of a foreign investor.
Requirements
The company must have:
- At least 5 years of operating history
- Annual turnover of ¥100 million or more (¥300+ million preferred)
- An active corporate bank account
- A clean tax record
- An existing bank credit line (preferred)
Priority is given to trading or import/export companies based in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo, or Suzhou.
Required documentation includes 3 years of financial statements, tax returns, details on bank limits and outstanding debt, a list of collateral/guarantees, and information regarding the feasibility of a shareholder change. We are prepared to sign an NDA to obtain the necessary information.
Post-acquisition plans include expanding working capital financing to the equivalent of $10 million.
