Meat canning plant in Belarus

An existing meat producing and packing enterprise with a slaughterhouse in the Republic of Belarus is for sale. A successfully operating business on the market since 1994. The plant has undergone modernization.

Business management:

• Full cycle of meat processing, autonomous operation, protection from fluctuations in the supply of raw materials. Reliable, constantly in demand business, with the possibility of expansion. It is possible to remotely manage and control the operation of the enterprise.

Production:

• The enterprise is located on a land plot of 2 hectares, buildings and structures are owned and amount to 1400 sq. m. The production was built by the owner “from scratch”, while the specifics for permitting documents were taken into account as much as possible.
• The plant is a full-cycle processing enterprise; it uses flexible marketing solutions in terms of production capacity.
• The material and technical base of the enterprise allows the use of cattle meat, pork, poultry and horse meat as raw materials. Canned meat is produced only from chilled meat from our own slaughter, raw materials come only from a clean ecological zone, live weight.
• The slaughterhouse implements a program for cutting 60 heads per shift, and the products can be cut up and sold at this stage or used in further production. The enterprise is focused on the production of products according to state standards: beef, pork, chicken and horse meat, as well as porridge with beef: rice, pearl barley, buckwheat.
• At all stages, product quality control is carried out by our own laboratory.
• The processing capacity of the enterprise is 200,000 cans per month, when the enterprise is loaded in one shift. Production areas allow additional placement of equipment for the production of various types of meat and vegetable products: sausages, offal, semi-finished products, etc. It is possible to erect additional buildings on the land plot for auxiliary related industries.

Sales:

• A registered trademark is known to both end consumers and trading organizations. The company has a large sales network in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
• The enterprise is certified and included in the Register of Enterprises of the Customs Union.
• Sales policy of the enterprise — this is a flexible system that takes into account the characteristics of the current market, which allows you to redirect the flow of output products at any stage, and is based on many years of experience of management and sales personnel.
• An enterprise can sell meat products at any stage of its processing, depending on the situation at the enterprise (production load) and market fluctuations.
