Sand and gravel quarry in the Yaroslavl region, Russia

A sand and gravel quarry, located in the Yaroslavl region, Russia, is for sale. The site is located next to the M8 Moscow-Yaroslavl highway. A good quality dirt road leads to the quarry, which was built in 2021. The total area of the site — 266 hectares, of which two plots with a total area of 60 hectares are registered for long-term lease, the remaining plots are in the process of being leased. The license is valid until 2041.

Work at the quarry has been ongoing since August 2021. As of May 1, 2024, 260 thousand cubic meters were produced. m PGM. The necessary equipment is available both owned and leased.

The subject to sale is a legal entity (LLC) for which all licenses, permits, approvals and lease agreements have been issued. Installment payments are possible for a period of no more than one year.
