Existing business for sale — railway transshipment terminal located in Novorossiysk, Krasnodar region, Russia. The terminal has licenses for working with dangerous goods, and also has an export code for working with customs goods. The necessary equipment is available (including railway and automobile).

Handling of inert cargo from the railway:

The terminal's capabilities allow it to receive inert materials from the railway. The terminal is the only one with elevated railway tracks with a capacity of 22 cars and has no analogues in Russia.

• unloading front of track No. 9 — 5 carriages on both sides.

Taking into account the capabilities of our own shunting diesel locomotive, as well as vibratory unloaders — the unloading rate is 93,000 tons of inert materials per month.

Processing of bulk cargo from the railway:

There are 2 reloading complexes installed on track No. 9.

• 1st complex — installed for receiving grain, legumes and oilseed cargo from hopper cars.
• 2nd complex — installed for accepting bulk cargo, mineral fertilizers, etc. from hopper cars.

The transhipment complex consists of:

• receiving hopper
• indoor belt conveyor
• vertical bucket conveyor (elevator) with feed on two sides

Using this technical equipment, it is possible to reload cargo into the following containers:

• bulk vehicles
• MK-14-10
• 20' Containers (open-top option available) - for which a container tilter is installed

The capacity of the transshipment complex is up to 1500 tons/day.

Processing of bulk cargo from vehicles:

A complex for unloading bulk (grain and legume) cargo from vehicles has been installed at the terminal.

This complex includes:

• vehicle tipper
• hopper for receiving cargo (the height and angle of inclination allows you to avoid the cargo breaking when pouring out)
• two loading points suitable for both MK-14-10 and open-top container

The complex's capacity allows it to process up to 1,500 tons of cargo per day.

Site for working with general cargo (container storage):

There are two sites on the terminal territory:

• The first one is on the lower level — allows you to store inert materials up to 6,000 tons, as well as MK-14-10 up to 5,000 tons (500 MK-14-10)
• Second platform on the upper level — It has an unloading front of two cars and is designed for the operation of a gantry crane. Crane tracks have been installed on the first half of the site, and there is a ready-made plan for the construction of a gantry crane. It is possible to fully equip the upper platform and complete the gantry crane. The size of the site will allow accumulating up to 1000 TEU.

Terminal real estate:

• plots of land with an area of 11,235 sq. m and 820 sq. m
• a plot of land with an area of 4088 sq. m — for rent. There is a building permit.
• elevated railway track No. 9 — capacity 7 cars
• elevated railway track No. 10 — capacity 15 wagons
